FAQ

Practical questions.

Can a programme be customised?+

Yes — customisation is the default. Every programme is built around your objective, group and dates; the concepts shown here are structures to think with, not fixed products.

Is everything supported in English?+

Yes. Coordination, briefings and hosting are delivered in English, with interpretation arranged for site visits and meetings conducted in Chinese.

What does your coordination cover?+

Programme design, site and host arrangements, interpreters, internal transport and timing, on-the-ground accompaniment and day-to-day problem solving.

How much lead time is recommended?+

Three to six months is comfortable for institutional visits with formal meetings. Shorter timelines are sometimes workable for smaller groups and stopovers.

Do you guarantee visas or policy outcomes?+

No. We provide supporting documentation and practical guidance, but visa decisions, entry policy and third-party approvals sit with the relevant authorities and can change.
